If you are not happy with your Les Chis purchase, simply return the goods to us in the original condition and packaging with all the tags, including a copy of the original delivery note and the filled in return form. You have 14 calendar days to return your Les Chis order from the date you received it. You can return your order by post or courier at your own expense. Upon receipt of the returned items, we will refund the full purchase price with the same payment method you used to pay the initial order.

This return policy isn't valid in case of personalized items, made-to-order goods or products that have been used. For more detailed information, please check our return & exchange policy.

Our Les Chis products are made of 100% high quality leather. We recommend to apply nutrition 4 to 5 times a year. You can use specific or neutral leather cleaning products. Discover more care instructions here.
